My aim & passion is to help make a difference, for me there is nothing more rewarding than to help you get out of pain, moving and feeling better. I offer a variety of treatments to help with muscular pain, tension and stress relief. A space for you to deeply relax and unwind.

I specialise in the treatment of chronic pain conditions and trained to become an Advanced Clinical massage therapist with Jing Advanced Training, they are at the forefront of massage training and are well respected in the industry. Because of this training I can safely treat a variety of chronic pain conditions.
 

I see clients with a variety of pain conditions, ranging from headaches & migraines, needing support for a post-op hip replacement, shoulder/neck issues due to sitting
at a desk all day or gentle relief from the discomforts of pregnancy.

The most common issue I see is low back pain, up to 60% of the adult population in the U.K. can expect to have low back pain at some time in their life.

Since the Covid epidemic I have seen many clients suffering with anxiety and depression who have

benefited from Massage by calming their nervous

system, which helps them to relax and improve their quality of sleep.

Over the years I have had extensive training in a range of western and eastern techniques: myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and mobilisation. Considering the specific needs of the client I will integrate these into the treatment to achieve effective results and a unique experience.
